Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the public website at bandpocket.com, the private BandPocket workspace, the administrator tools, and the limited Charts Automation reviewer screen at band.guajiron.com (together, the “Services”), which are operated by Fun Entertainment Services LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The public website uses Meta Pixel as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the public website includes this measurement. If you do not agree, do not use the public website.
Service purpose and access
The public website provides general information about BandPocket. The private workspace supports Guajirón's gigs, rehearsals, set lists, charts, practice materials, and related operations. Workspace access is limited to accounts approved by the administrator. Separately, invited reviewers using a temporary code may access only the limited Charts Automation reviewer screen and BandPocket's read-only Library interface for song information and YouTube practice videos. Guajirón Admin is operated only by the authorized channel owner. You may not share access, use another person's account, or share a reviewer code beyond its intended recipient.
Google and YouTube services
Guajirón Admin uses YouTube API Services. By using features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube handle information under the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke Google authorization through your Google Account third-party connection settings.
The authorized channel owner reviews the proposed video and playlist actions before execution and remains responsible for the content, permissions, visibility, and instructions supplied to the Services.
An invited reviewer may use YouTube API Services only to generate and inspect a read-only plan and a quota ledger with sensitive details removed. Reviewer mode cannot publish, upload, update, insert, move, or delete YouTube content. Only the authorized channel owner may approve execution through the separate administrator workflow.
Ownership and permitted use
The Services and their text, design, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fun Entertainment Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the public website for personal or internal business evaluation and the private Services only for their approved internal purpose. You retain any rights you already hold in material you provide. No other right or license is granted.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape Google or YouTube services or data, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, or use the Services in a way that violates YouTube's policies or Community Guidelines.
Third-party destinations
The Services use or link to Google, YouTube, Dropbox, email services, and other third-party destinations. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Entertainment Services LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the Services. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and severability
We may update the Services or these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
